Real pms here are large and clean. The matras was great and the pillows super comfy. The pool is amazing and it’s a little walk to the ‘centre’ and around the corner of the night market. The 7-11 is next door for last minute snack buying on the way in or out of the airport. The staff is very friendly too. Top hotel for a great price

The location is excellent. Next to a massage place, 711, two cafes, local market is 3 min walk and the beach is about 5 min walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are OK for a night or 2 in Naiyang. The pool area is spacious and very good pool size. Even with 20 people in the pool, it doesnt feel crowded as compared to other budget hotels.

Convenient location near the Nai Yang beach and the airport as attended a wedding and had to leave very early The rooms were OK for the price as long as its one of their more quiet ones WiFi connection slow

Room was as requested. Pool sparkling. Pool ladders replaced. Excellent housekeeping and reception. Some noise from between rooms and doors need rehanging as they scrape on the floor tiles. Overall another good stay at my favourite Phuket budget hotel.

Receptionist wasn't that friendly, stayed for a night to catch a plane, room was big enough and clean, restroom was new enough, the biggest problem was the hot water, there was no hot water at all. Had to take a shower in cold water.

Perfect for a stop before or After a fly (5mn drive from airport). Beautifull swimming pool, but only 6 old deckshares... Good and pleasant service.

We spent a month in the hotel on the 3rd floor overlooking the road. The room was pleasant. No wi-fi as such, and after a few weeks the cleaning appeared to go downhill so much so I would clean it myself. The public areas around are filthy a good power clean on them is required. The pool as another guest commented on was also dirty I ended up with a sore throat so stopped using it. The location is good, and the staff on reception even after working incredibly long shifts were always polite and friendly, something I am sure I couldn't do. Overall the hotel requires a deep clean and definitely needs to get a professional pool cleaner in as dirty pool water is not good for anyone. I would stay again if the issues I have raised are dealt with.

this was a good hotel for the price although the wifi was abysmal. We couldn’t load anything, 4 or 5 times we had to walk down to reception area to try and download videos but that didn’t even work, i’ve had better wifi free from a 7-eleven shop. The aircon was powerful but made a ticking noise on anything other than high so was disturbing when we slept. The pool was dirty but warm and a good size. The staff were friendly and helped best they could. It is good value for money with big beds and big rooms but unfortunately with wifi and aircon issues we wouldn’t come back.
